Organizational Bliss
Yesterday, yes yesterday, on July 4, the good people at California Closets came back to finish the job. Here's the closet in the bedroom half-finished:
And here's the bedroom closet all finished, filled with all my stuff:
Look at this! Room for blankets and SHOES and suits and all kinds of clothes.
But wait... there's more!
Here's the closet of the second bedroom, bear boned and empty...
... and full of my stuff:
And there we have it - the first real home improvement project since the steel doors were put in over a year ago.
I'm not finished organizing, by the way. I've spent the last few hours deciding the best way to group my clothes. Amazing what calms the chronically stressed.

I completely understand. It's one of things I too take perverse pleasure in.
tee hee hee. closet envy.
Pretty, pretty closets! Sadly, mine have already been done (in that wire system that the Container Store uses), and I don't seem to have the height that you do. At least my pathetically small closet has prompted me to undertake the "Great Shoe Cull" of 2006. The slow, sick and weak? Gone. I no longer have random shoe boxes on the floor of the bedroom. Yay!
(As an aside, I'm glad I don't have to play Acro with your word verification -- xncqqqig -- "Xena's never called Queen. Quite queer, I guess" But that's about all I can come up with.)
Oh, YEAH!!
Those are some bitchin-ass closets. I envy you, dishy one.
LOOOOOVE the closets! I'm very jealous.
