The preliminary trials on the commuter mug did not accurately determine the acutal performace of the product. Prior testing showed that the product did not leak with the lid intact when filled with liquid and turned upside down. During actual trials the mug did indeed leak when covered, however this occurence was only present when the mug was tilted in such a way that the sipping hole was pointed toward the ground.

Prior findings that the commuter mug adequately kept beverage temperature for a satisfactory length of time have not been altered. As well, findings regarding design will remain intact.

In light of these findings, I hereby withdraw the mug's previous rating as "perfect". The mug shall now be refered to as "pretty damned good".
