The Dream Police

I fell asleep a bit earlier than usual tonight, and I woke up at about 11:30 with a song in my head that is keeping me from going to sleep.

I'm pretty sure it is a real song, but I can only remember a tiny bit of the lyric and almost none of the music.  It is driving me crazy, this little part is playing over and over in my head and I don't know WHY the song is in there or WHAT the song is.

This is where you come in. I'm going to tell you the bit of the song, and someone out there, probably Mike, will be able to tell me what it is.

The bit of the song is this, "Yowza, Yowza, Yowza". It is a guy singing it. That's it, that's all I can remember.
