Speaking of bad TV, and I was, I find myself oddly drawn to watch tonite's Friends finale. I've had an on and off relationship with this show for years. If it is on and I'm home, I'll watch it, but I never go out of my way for it. It's been on for 10 years - a lot has happened in real life in that time, but somehow not on that show.

I'm hoping that tonight they finally divulge the secret of how not one, but five people can afford HUGE apartments in Manhattan,wear only the best designer clothes, but almost NEVER show up at work. Because certainly, if it can work for them, it can work for all of us, no?

But here's the bigger question - how many times is NBC going to show the finale before September 1st? I'm thinking they are going to milk this thing for all it so worth, showing it perhaps 3-4 more times during the summer, plus one more time just before they air the soon-to-be flop, "Joey".
