Pardon me while I rant - just a bit.

The $%^&*()(*&^% ing infection is back in my upper resperatory system. I caught its return early this time, because I know what the "early" symptoms are. I guess the 90 things I had to put up my nose and the $1 million in antibiotics didn't kill the bacteria. I think I should get a refund from the doctor. The stuff didn't work! I don't like paying for ineffective shit.

So today I go to the pharmacy to get a new magic bag of tricks, and guess what it cost me? $256.38. And folks, this is AFTER insurance. This is the price of $14 pills, 2 bottles of stuff to put in my nose, and three boxes of kleenex. The bottles aren't solid gold or 14 carrot or anything, and there aren't any narcotics involved. I just may call up the Dr. and complain about that. I mean, certainly, after all the pain and suffereing, I should be entitled to a narcotic or two, right?
