The Test Kitchen is OPEN

Thanks to Joe, I can attempt now to make Oatmeal Raisin Cookies! He got a recipe from his mom for me, and I am trying them out now. I have to admit though, I made a change or two - I added cinnamon and raisins. Stay tuned for the recipe if they work out the way I want them to.

Oh, come on, I know you need a viable recipe too -- otherwise YOU would have posted one when I begged.
