I know this happened 20 years ago, but I just found out about this on Snopes.com today. It is a story about how the US Military got caught tracking children... very 1984

Congratulations to David Letterman! I wonder if the little guy came out chomping on a cigar? One thing is for sure: He's going to use this baby as an excuse to take even MORE vacations!
