Random stuff:

A Web site promoting the plan already is available Excuse me? Is this for real? I heard this story first thing this morning on NPR, and now I've found it on CNN

This was an idea of the folks at the PENTAGON? They wanted to spend oodles of money to set up a site so We The People could gamble on death and destruction. Way to go guys! On the other hand, I would love to see the odds on the wager of Dubya and his Bitch getting "offed". That would really boost the general confidence rating around here.
