I just received the contract for my Condo insurance from Allstate. The contract is very succinct about what is covered and what is not covered. For example, if you fall down and break your leg chez moi, your hospital visit is covered to a certain extent and so on. However, not covered in the policy for myself OR my guests are the contraction of:

- venerial disease
- HIV AIDS
- warts
- pregnancy

Now, the first thing that came to mind when reading this is that someone out there must have tried to claim one of these things in their homeowners insurance if Allstate felt the need to exclude them. Can you sue someone for getting you pregnant? Who would think of using their insurance to cover doctors visits because they got the clap from an overnight visitor? I mean, isn't that what medical insurance is for?

And thirdly - this really made me laff. Guess there won't be any irresponsable orgies in the new pad!
