I am too wiped out to get into detail, so I'll cut to the chase. It doesn't look good for me and this condo. The guy won't come down a bit, even though Dave thinks the unit is very overpriced. I had Dave tell the seller my price and stipulations and that he should call me if he ever decides to make a deal.

I'm looking at places in a new neighborhood, because I am clearly not rich enough to live in my own anymore.
