Today, in lieu of the Friday Five, which doesn't really interest me (I'm not dressing up or going to any Halloween parties this year) I thought I'd answer four of Mike's blog topics, because these particular four are kind of easy, short answers.

1. Since we're in the 21st century, what will we party on down like now?
Like we're all Canadians. Look at the news kids. The US is suddenly a fascist regime, the Middle East is going to explode any day now in a HUGE suicide bombing pact, Pakistan and India, as well as North Korea and China are going to nuke Asia to little bits, and South America is rapidly flushing itself down the toilet Besides, there isn't anything good on TV. I suspect that very soon, the only things left on Planet Earth will be: Canada, Canadians living 500 miles away from the US border and cockroaches.

2. The fall tv season: why don't the networks just give it up already?
Because there will always be pre-teens and senior citizens who love some good schmaltz. And where there's pre-teens and seniors, there's money to be made.

3. Are the Three Stooges really all that funny?
Nope.

4. Dances I could actually do:
The basic waltz, thanks to the 1997 3A class of the Kosterschule in Wels, Austria
The Electric Slide (old school)
The "I'm Drunk and Feel like Getting' Funky"
