Monday Mission 2.20
1. When was the last time you went out with a true love of yours? What did
you two do that made it so special? That would have been in December. It wasn't what we did that made it special, just that we got to spend some quality time together.
2. Which far-away friend would you most like to see again? This is a bit of a toss-up. Four friends fit into this category. Paul, Bettina, Sanja and Romeo. Thinking about this some more, I'd like to add Rob. I haven't seen him in many years, I don't know where he is, but it would be cool to know what he is up to.
3. Any high or low points about this past weekend? What went on? The high point had to be when I finally turned on my brand spankin' new stereo and it worked!
4. I've been thinking about getting a buzz-cut for the summer, a big
change for me. Have you ever made any drastic changes to your appearance? The only thing that really counts here is when I got a perm in 1985. I had hair that went past my shoulders, and after the perm it was around my ears and very, very tall. So I guess it is safe to say that this was a drastic change - from a person to a poodle.
5. How long do you think a couple should date before they get married?
Or if you are married, do you think you should have waited longer to get
hitched? At least 10 years, maybe longer.
6. I just found out my long-time friend does not like Star Wars (!)
and has only seen the original 1977 movie! Have you ever discovered anything new
or shocking about a long-time friend you thought you knew everything about? Hard to say, because I don't ever assume to know everything about anyone. This doesn't mean I don't get shocked though.
7. Well we had a nice picnic and saw the sunset, but now it's dark and
I think we should liven things up. Let's call some of your friends and go out.
Who do you want to invite and where should we all go Hmm.. lets see - I have lots of different groups of friends, and mixing any of them has always proven to be a big disaster. If this is a beach party with lots of liquored up folk, I'd say I'd want to hang with Romeo, Maria, Kristina, Ivo, Andy and Thomas. If this were more of an american deal, I'd say Paul, Glenn, Amy, Karin, Jason and Mark. Some people are being omitted from this liste because they are new parents. Not the makings for a real party.
BONUS: Why can't ya be good to me? I'm just not that kind of girl
