Happy New Year
Lots to blog about, but every time I try to post a blog in the past week, blogger craps out on me. Stupid thing.
It has been a busy year so far, and I'm really glad to bury the year 2004, crappy year that it was.
About an hour ago, I posted a long-winded account of how the condo was broken into on the 29th of December, including pictures. Blogger ate that. If you'd like to see the pictures of what was done to my door, have a look at www.fredthewebsite.com/Photographs_home . Scroll down past the Glenn Tilbrook pictures to find the "Broken Door" folder.
The pictures aren't exciting, but they went with the story rather well.
To start the year off right, I went to see Monty Python's Spamalot. Written by Eric Idle, it is the best rip-off of one's own work I have ever seen. Funny, no.. fucking hilarious, with outstanding performances by Tim Rice, David Hyde Pierce and Hank Azaria, this musical is a must-see. If you are in Chicago and can scalp tickets, do so. It is worth the money. I believe the show goes on to New York after this. Look for it. You won't regret it.

Oh no! Poor you! Did they take anything? That sucks.
I do really, really want to see Spamalot. The New York Times has been running ads for previews starting in February, I think. I may have to get some and go up and see it.
Hope the damage wasn't too bad.
Get some what, Lily???
